Laang Farmhouse

A weatherboard family farmhouse with verandahs on every side, views across the paddocks and the dam out front.

Verandahs wrap the full way around the house, so there is always a sheltered spot to sit, whichever way the weather is coming from. The alfresco opens up under a raked ceiling, and from the front door the view runs straight out to the dam.

Inside, spotted gum floors carry through the living spaces and a wood heater sits against a feature brick wall. In the kitchen, white shaker cabinetry wraps around a timber-topped island, and a window splashback looks out over the paddocks.
